Chub rub and bumps!?

This one goes out to all my girls with chubby inner thighs that constantly love on one another! For years now since I was a kid I get huge cysts, pimples, and black heads all over my inner thighs.... from so many years (19) my skin is dark and bumpy! Obviously shedding a few pounds will help but are there any remedies to help clear some of it up until I do ?

To get rid of the bumps try to put some coconut oil on your inner thighs. I do it after a bath/shower and before bed to keep it from getting messy I wear my yoga pants after I put it on. I have the same issue girl and this should definitely help with the bumps and the dry skin those bumps come with :)

Chub rub is always such a problem in the summer since I wear shorts! What I do is get some stick deodorant and put it where your thighs rub together and it won't rub as much :) re-apply every once in awhile throughout the day so you don't sweat it off

I'm using a plain yogurt and honey mixture. 1/2 cup yogurt 1 tablespoon honey room temp.  I haven't been doing it as often as I should. 
I lay a plastic bag on my bed with a large towel. Then spread a generous amount of mixture on inner thighs, panty line area, and perineum area. Lay face down on towel and wait 30 minutes. Then shower. It helps soften and shed skin and it's supposed to lighten your skin too if you do it often enough.

I don't know what will help to clear it up, but putting on something like body glide helps to keep the chafing from happening

Anti chafing athletic cream. You can buy it at most drug stores. If you can find one with Shea butter those work best to stop the chub rub and to clear the rash.

Baby powder and deodorant!! The chaffing is caused by the moisture and the rubbing, just throw on some deodorant or baby powder after a shower and keep applying as needed and it'll keep you dry, stop the chaffing and likely the acne or cysts too!

I used to have this problem but it went away when I lost weight and I used to put acne medication on it and disappeared
