need advice please, worried

Hiya I'm 16+6 expecting twins,

I went for a gender scan today I'm having twin girls 😀💜💜 but just worried as the examiner found a dark spot above one of the girls heart , just wondered if anyone else has experienced anything like this , we have been referred to hospital but won't get seen till Tuesday so we are worrying like mad. She mentioned a hearnia or something called kem lung 🤔

Any advice would be great ful thank you xxxx
