I'm 24 weeks and I found some white substance from my nipple.. Does anyone have this and is this common during pregnancy ?

It's very likely that your body is starting to produce colostrum. Totally normal! I just kept little breast pads in my bra once it started happening so that it wouldn't stain my bras. I also switched to nursing bras shortly after because my boobs would get SO hot at that point. Nursing bras breathe better in my opinion
