Can't climax!!! HELP

I have been masturbating for a very long time and only came a few times while using a back massager. Even when using it after those few times, I was unable to orgasm. Now I am sexually active and still masturbate. I have tried so many things but haven't been able to climax for years. I reach this peak but don't orgasm (it's like missing the very top of the sexual hill) and then I stop. It just feels like I need to stop at that point. Like after you've finished, but I never actually orgasm. I can't when I masturbate and I can't with a partner. I've looked so many things up and they all say it's in my head. I've tried hypnosis, turning off all the lights and playing sexy music and exploring myself, just going ham, porn, gspot stimulation with clit stimulation, and basically everything else. Oh and I can easily squirt. Which confuses me? Does anyone have advice?
