Need advice !
Hey! I'm 18 years old as of yesterday and 4'9 I'm 169.9 lbs and it's way over weight for someone my size and age I'm trying to reach 135 as a goal for now that's 33 pounds then 115 if I feel to big still... a healthy weight for someone my size is 85-115 lbs I been working out for a month and eating right and have only lost 5 pound ! I need advice on how to lose more and how it do It pretty fast ! Sorry I just woke up in the photo so I look really ugly ! 😂
