I think I have cervical cancer. I have all the symptoms and I'm really scared. Symptoms are: Irregular menstruation, loss of appetite, weight loss, fatigue, leg and pelvic pain, heavy bleeding, weird vaginal discharge, nausea, cramps.

Those symptoms could be a LOT of other things besides cancer. I would go to the doctor if you're concerned, but I wouldn't jump straight to cancer and scare yourself. I have almost all of those symptoms due to PCOS, hypothyroidism and a couple other health issues.
