Ovulating or not ovulating?

Help ladies! New to ovulation test. Ovulating on my own for the first time since I stopped taking Clomid.

I’m confused.. yesterday my ovulated day says  the 19th and today I took a ovulated test and it was positive and I Scan it and my date change to the 15th why is that?? Pls help??

Where does everyone get these tests from? Lol I hate using first response ovulation tests! They’re expensive lol
