Anyone get headaches in the same spot on your head?

Usually I get headaches in the same spot towards my period and once in a while when I not. But, I don't think it's just my period I think it could be my pillows. I had my pillows for 5+ years. Have any of you gotten headaches from your pillows?

Whenever I get a headache it's always a migraine and in the exact same spot every time

If you've had your pillows for 5+ years, they're probably not as supportive as they once were and therefore could mean your head is dipping and putting repeated pressure on one spot causing headaches.

If you're getting headaches extremely frequently it could be worth visiting a doctor as it could be a number of things? I had the same problem where I had headaches most days for 2 years straight and after a bunch of tests, scans and lumbar punctures it turns out it was excess fluid/pressure on the brain causing all the headaches.
