white blister looking things from sunburn

Okay I have been badly burnt from being at the beach last Wednesday . My breasts look horrible . I woke up this morning & they were itching really bad so I put some aloe after sun gel on my breasts to see if it would stop the itching , it didn't help. I just got back from a walk like 45 minutes ago & I came back with horrible looking white looking "blisters" on them . I had some on my upper arm & start itching them & skin was coming off . Does anyone thing that my breasts are starting to peel ? Should I itch them off & peel the skin off ? Idk what to do someone help me .
