I have that quite a bit. I've heard it called lightning crotch and especially now it is totally normal.

I definitely get nerve pain inside my vag when he's really active. And there are lots of times when I stand or walk and it feels like he's got a foot right on my pubic bone. (His head is for real tho) It's painful.
