Last month my period started on time but just spotting...The next day I had the worst pain I'd ever had in my life. It lasted 2 hours and then I threw up and felt better.

The only thing I can think of is that it was a ruptured cyst. All has been well since...

However, this month my period was 2 days late and it's not normal... rather light and kinda watery.

I guess I want to know if anyone had abnormal periods after a ruptured cyst?

My ultrasound turned out normal except my lining is very thick.

I'm just trying to convince myself i'm NOT having a cryptic pregnancy or something... any opinions/experience?
