C section and still look like a balloon

Right guys I had a emergency section on the 26/06/17 I've had all antibiotics injections so on... but it looks like my uterus or pelvis I aint sure which one but it still looks like I'm 3 months pregnant with a slanted belly?? Any help would be great as I'm such a worrier just in case I'm swollen inside for some horrible reason that seems really scary for me, btw also had 2 normal births on my last 2 which was 4-5 years ago... TIA 😘
