sex in early pregnancy?

I just found out I'm pregnant. 4 weeks 5 days, and I've had cramping the last few days. Dosnt feel like af cramps, and they're settle. I've read that's normal. But then I read don't have sex if your cramping? Are these cramps normal? I haven't seen a doctor yet, I plan on calling first thing in the morning. (Also, I've had a miscarriage before, and this dosnt feel like miscarriage cramps) Can I still have sex? Should I not?
