Bleeding on the Nexplanon

I've had the Nexplanon in my arm since June 9, 2015. So it's been over 2 years now. I had light spotting about 6 months after getting it in and then absolutely nothing for 2 years. And now all of a sudden I've had my period for over 12 days and it won't stop. I'm getting it removed on August 1st as my fiancé and I are going to start TTC. Will I have my period for the entire month?! I don't want to get it out any earlier because of our wedding and honeymoon coming up. Had anyone else had this problem? *Side note: Has anyone ever had trouble conceiving right after Nexplanon removal? Thanks!
