Do you believe in Chinese medicine to help in conceiving?

I have been trying for 2 months and on to 3rd month. I'm totally aware that it hasn't been long but because of my age, I'm going to be 38 I just don't have a lot of time in my hand. I have some traditional Chinese medicine at home that I bought from back home to help with conceiving. What are your thoughts on it?
