Going for our 6th IUI

My amazing husband and I have been trying for a little over 3 years...I have had 5 IUI's and will be going for our sixth this month...the first IUI we tried clomid but it worked to well and gave me a cyst on each ovary and since then I have been taking femara/letrozole with the trigger shot (ovadrel) anyone have any suggestions on what we should maybe try differently this time to raise our chances a little bit since it is our 6thim afraid if this one doesn't work he will want us to move on to the IVF which we won't be able to afford so I am willing to try anything to make this work...any different medicine we should ask about?!
