Need advise

Guys Im 30 with no man ,ring or kids always been focus on the money but now I want a family and I fear that it won't happen because of 1 my shyness and my realistic thinking .....meaning I keep meeting guys who aren't worth the family life that don't want anything for them self ......what to do lady's what to do and I my shyness if I do meet someone worth the time I get alil shy and don't know what to say
