Ok so ladies i just got out my appointment i had to check out the lump.. I was told it was a abscess thats about 4 centimeters and they'll have to do a ultrasound to make sure though.. They sent me home with antibiotics to take twice a day for 10 days so I'll be taking those and i have a follow up appointment to make sure the lump went away.. I'm happy it wasnt nothing to serious..
