Is anyone else having problems gaining weight?

Im 24 weeks and have only gained 2 pounds going from 114 to 116 my dr is worried and has been urging me to eat fatty foods which i do but nothing. My last pregnancy i gained 33 pounds and i was still small i went from 107 to 140.
