Bleeding??

Question

So this is my second pregnancy and very early, I've had implantation cramp but in the last hour they became very painful with a killer back ache and I've almost filled a panty liner... I don't remember this much blood the first time.. I'm freaking out. Is there more blood for second time moms or am I losing my baby? Please help. Also I'm 30 minutes from home so I can't do much about it.

I had a bleeding episode this past Monday and it stopped within an hour or so. Had the implantation twinges cramping too. No more bleeding and have been testing positive since. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I don't remember any bleeding with that

I'm so confused.. the contractions/cramps have died down a bit and not the bleeding is slowing down. I don't know what's going on.

My cousin bled for the entire first month of her pregnancy. The doctor told her that as long as she did not fill a pad each hour, that she should be okay. She now has a healthy baby girl. I think that you should see your doctor asap since you are feeling pain. I'm very sorry to hear what you are experiencing. Sending prayers your way 🙏🏻
