Condom broke⚠️🚨Asking for a friend 👶

So about a week ago my friend and her boyfriend had sex and the condom broke ( he came) . She was ovulating the very next day and thought that it was already too late to take plan B, so she didn't. In my eyes I think she is too young to have a baby right now. My question is ,  do you think she is definitely / more than likely pregnant ?? Is there a possibility she might not be? She hasn't taken a test yet because it's only been a week😁
