Hi ladies.. I was roughly around 4 weeks along with my second baby. This week I have been having what I recognized as implantation cramps and last night I had a little bit of spotting in my cm which all seemed normal.. but today while running errands I notice my cramps become severely worse and felt like contractions along with terrible back pain. In the store I could barley talk and while driving I was crying because they hurt so bad. I was 30 minutes from home so I stopped at a Starbucks to check and sure enough I was bleeding and slightly filled my panty liner. I'm home and resting now and the cramps have subsided but I still have somewhat painful twinges and a bad backache but the bleeding has really slowed down. I have no idea what is happening since I haven't passed any clots yet. I know for a fact they were contractions though which is what scares me the most... I guess what I'm asking is does it sound like I miscarried? The blood started a little brown then became bright red...
