3months?!🤔😔☹😭

Our OB told us to do 3 month off birth control with regular cycles and prenatals before we ttc so my uterus will be more healthy. Okay cool but it sucks having to use condoms or spermicide everyting we wanna be together anyone else been told to do this? I'm hating it but it worked well for us last time.
