Insecurities

Hey ladies I need some advice...

So my last relationship ended abruptly with my guy out of the blue telling me he would eventually get bored of me so he gave me the option to wait until he leaves or leave him. Needless to say I'm now a bit scared of every guy doing that to me. I started seeing this new guy and we hit off amazingly. Our first date went 9 hours long because we just kept talking and wanting to spend time together. The conversation is effortless and we mesh perfectly. He works a lot during the week (60+ hours) so he doesn't message often. Logically I know he's not messaging because he's busy but I can't help but he worried that he's going to just leave.

Has anyone else dealt with this or have any advice on how I could work on my feelings? He's given me no reason to mistrust him I just feel like it's a mental road block.
