ACNE help?? Suggestions/tips ??

Hey does anyone know any tips or advice or suggestions for acne. I've been dealing with acne for a while now and it's just getting worse (manly hormonal acne, I'm on birth control rn to fix that) it's not exactly helping yet. Does anyone have their on experience with acne (whiteheads, cystic, etc) that worked for them ? And preferably not dermatologist related (I've done all that including accutane) if u guys do that would really help, thanks
