WEIGHT LOSS HELP!
Last year I started weighing 163lb now I'm at 143 lb or so. I'm happy I reached my target goal but my overall goal was to be at 120 by the end of this year. It's so hard for me to lose weight at 140 lb or so- I'm forever stuck at this range! Any legit & specific advice or tips on how to lose weight here? I'm basically about to turn into a vegetarian to improve my diet further but any exercise regime tips or anything? So over being stuck in the 140s. Want to tone down!
