I dont usually care

Today this secretary was asking me questions so I could get an appointment with the therapist and my bf was beside me. He's a big guy about 6'4 and I'm about 5'7. The lady gave me the vibe that she thought I was probably a teenager or around that age. So, she asks for an emergency contact, my bf says to put him down. So she says to me, "is this your dad?" I am sure I made a face. My bf just says no, but I know it pissed him off.

How do y'all handle this? 🙄😫😩
