Exercise
Has anyone actually managed to keep up regular exercise?
I didn't want to at the beginning as I had a previous miscarriage so wanted to take it easy I'm 7+3 now and feel like I should be doing something but mopping the floors earlier and trying to do some squats and lunges absolutely wipes me out! Leaves me so out of breath! Have never felt this unfit! Does it pass after the first trimester?
