growing my hair out! HELP!
so i wanna grow my hair out. does anyone have any tips? i always have it up which makes it worse and i know it wont grow much that way its just what i do idk why. and i dont want to keep cutting it like trims anymore. Does anybody know of any pills/gummies or certain shampoo and conditioner to use? (used mane and tail before it didnt work)
