When did you guys know it was time to go to the hospital? I've been having a consistent/ painful tightness on the top of my stomach for about a couple hours. Bad back/hip pain and diarrhea as well. Been having on/off contractions for the past 4 days and OB said last week I was 1cm and 50% effaced. Should I go to the ER? I can't sleep and it hurts BAD but not bad enough to not breathe through them yet.

I'm only 37 weeks BUT also have Gestational Diabetes
