Any mommies out there get really bad "Charley horses" while sleeping ? 🤔 Lately I've been getting them & they only appear on my left calf. & OMG it is super painful I literally wake up with my eyes all watery!! 😫

I had RLS whenever I was pregnant. I couldn't do anything for it besides a heating pad. I couldn't move my leg at all!! I feel your pain!! Good luck Momma🍀
