I put a post on here the other day with my positive pregnancy tests by rights I should be around 6 weeks I was getting pain on my left side last night as well as dizziness and was referred to the hospital from my GP for suspected eptopic pregnancy, there pregnancy test came back negative but my bloods showed low HCG Levels to which they told me I have misscarried they didn't carry out a scan they just said to expect a bleed in the next few days but should I have had a scan to confirm? TIA
