What are u feeding

What are you guys feeding your 11 month oldz. my son has a milk protein allergy so he's still on his special formula and baby food and whatever I eat I feed him as well. I'm a first-time mom so I don't know how much he should be eating. I just offer him food whenever and if he hungry he eats it. he's at the right weight and height. he seems to be growing fine but he does choke a lot on regular food and throws up everything thats in his stomach that's why we are still on the baby food. Any advise?
