chiropractor/physical therapist.. anything help!
Does anyone know what I can do for SI joint pain? My right hip/lower back are so bad I can barely walk. I have an appointment with a chiropractor on Wednesday but I literally cannot wait. I'm 11 weeks pregnant as well. Any advice is appreciated!
