A bit of background... married in march and TTC since May, no luck as yet! 😢

But starting to worry about fertility as I am 35 - regular periods like clockwork every 27 days, but I probably have lots of abdominal adhesions from a ruptured appendix when I was 8 and I know this can block your Fallopian tubes...

However also worried as my husband, who is 31, has had a varicocele and I read that can affect male fertility. So my question is really, has anyone got their BFP with a partner who had a varicocele?
