I'm 11 weeks postpartum. I stopped bleeding after giving birth at 3 weeks PP. I got my AF about a week ago.. ever since I stopped bleeding and stiches healed I've been feeling a tight, heavy feeling around my vagina and/uterus... idk what it could be or if it's normal.. I do carry heavy stuff like baby's car seat alone and also his stroller too so if that could've cause pain. But also when I use the bathroom lol or pee I feel pressure down there. 😞 then when I have sex it's tight af and kinda hurts. I went to see my OBGYN at 6 weeks PP but she didn't tell me anything... is this normal,?anyone experienced this?

I'm thinking about it. It feels similar to when your pregnant about to have baby and they are putting pressure on uterus..
