Early bump?

The picture on the left was just about 4 weeks, and the right was this morning 6 weeks and 5 days. I feel like I'm getting a bump so quickly! I wasn't expecting to really start showing/feeling changes until much later on. It feels pretty hard too. This is my first, so I don't have much to compare to. Does anyone else feel changes like this? My husband who's so excited is hoping for twins (😳), which run in both of our families. My OB won't see me until at least 8 weeks so we've made our first appointment for then, but I was hoping to get some insight from you lovely ladies.
