HELP - cramps

Since the day my period was due I have been cramping - not constant or has bad as normal period cramp but still cramping

Usually last 10-15 minutes and it can happen up to 5 times a day.

My dating scan is next week and when I spoke to my doctor she they were normal ..... Doesn't feel normal, implantation cramping says the pain is usually to one side and only last a few days-week. Been 2-3 weeks now.. No bleeding or spotting either

Help . What could it be what can I do??
