I was with someone else within a week. Not saying I was in the right to jump into a relationship so quickly  (for my NEW boyfriends sake, not my ex) and there was a teensy bit of guilt... but when I said I was done for the last time, I meant it. And I couldn't deny how right things felt to me, regardless of the timeframe. New relationship is going great by the way, we're almost at a year, and I have no doubt in my mind there will be many more to come, despite some of the baggage from my last one I had to work out.

I was with my ex for almost 5 years and after we broke up, a little over 2 weeks later I started dating someone new. You move on when you feel like you are ready. Whether that's the next day or a year from now. Who cares what anyone thinks?
