X bf is gilt tripping me!

My x ended up going to jail & telling me it was over & it was my fault for him going to jail. For 3 mnts he didn't call or write. So I was in a hard place since he went to jail. My power got turned off, & my water. Then this guy came into my life & became my best friend through my hard times. He even let me cry on him over my x not calling or writing. He was amazing to me. He even boiled me water for a bath. Then my x comes home mnts later & tells me he has changed & he wants a 2nd chance, & that He relized he fu**ed up.(He has had muitle chances) I've been around my x for a few mnts now & he has changed but not like he needs to. I still have to tell him what to do & how to do it. So I'm trying to go with the guy that is amazing period but my x keeps guilt tripping me. Idk what to do about my x?
