HELP!!!!

I have subconjunctival hemmorrhage (blood shot eyes) and I'm freaking out because I don't know what to do about it and what can I use to help me minimize it? I have an important thing to do in 12 days and my face will be part of it and I'm afraid it won't go away.

For those who say speak to a doctor, I have but they're not being helpful.
