Endometriosis
Hi! I was recently diagnosed with endometriosis and surgery did not help at all with the pain. Pain came back a week after surgery. I've been reading up on the endo diet and was wondering if any of you gals who have it or know someone who has it know of any tips on how to manage the pain. I'm currently on an IUD and depo shot and neither one of them are helping with the pain management. ANY tips would help... PLEASE and THANK YOU!
