KILLER TOOTH ACHE

I have a really really bad, persistent tooth ache that the dentist says he can't do anything about until he x rays it and can't do that until the babybis born. It hurts so bad its been a solid month of persistent acute pain. 😫😫😫. This is the biggest reason I want the baby out so I can deal with my tooth!! I fantasize about pulling it out myself all the time. I'm pretty sure I have a huge cavity or decay because it started bugging me 4 months ago but the past month has been unbearable. Nothing natural works!!
