How long is cramping and spotting normal for after being checked for dilation? She did tell me as soon as she checked me "oh youre gonna spot a little!" so i knew that was coming. I was excited because i progressed from last week (this was only my 37 week appointment, but he dropped and i dilated to a good 1cm lol) so i didn't ask! My appointment was 6 hours ago. I am still cramping (just took a Tylenol) and spotting.. tmi but it's not enough to need a pad, but does show up when i wipe. I didnt spot or cramp after last weeks check. Thanks ladies!
