It depends on what the company wants. I know some that want it submitted online and others that prefer it in person.

Normally I'd say in person, but these days I feel like it doesn't matter anymore. That personal touch has been lost. I suppose it depends on what job, but even when you go in person, 9 times outta 10 they just tell you to apply online or the resume never gets to the manager unless you catch them when you walk in.

Depends on the job. Most here require online but if I get an interview I bring a paper copy.

Depends where.. at my company strangers can't walk in off the street. We accept it via online first then when people come in for an interview if called, they bring a physical copy as well

UUGGGGHHHHHHHHHH so I've been applying for work online since March. 3 weeks ago I went into to city to hand out resumes. "All our applications are done online so try there".

It's best to hand it in as it is requested. Most postings will say mail or online or in person specifically and it's best to follow that.

I always do both. I will get the email to the manager, submit my ap online (including resume) and I'll even walk it in person. It really doesn't matter what kind of job it is to me. I was taught in school persistence is key, and it shows the company your motivation to work there. Rather it's a McDonald's job, or a corporate position. I do them both.

My company doesn't do in-person resumes at all. It's all online.

It depends on the position and qualifications for it.

I'd do both. It never hurts to have a hard copy
