I have been trying everything to build my supply back up, fenugreek, pumping after every feeding and drinking plenty of water. But its just not enough for my baby. Ive been having to give him 2-4 oz of formula after I breastfeed him. I know that formula isn't bad but it breaks my heart knowing that I cant fully satisfy him with just my milk alone. When he was first born and about 2 months after it was great but now hes 3 1/2 months and drinking 6oz at a time and I cant get my supply to build up. What do I do?
