If you have experience with terot card please tell me this reading isn't what I think it is

Please no skeptics I would really just like to have someone help me interpret these cards as I am fearful for what I am reading ...

Tonight I pulled out my cards just to ask a simple question "what is the gender of my new baby" however the answer I received was NOT what I was looking for in the slightest.

The cards I pulled in order

1. The devil (upside down)

2. 6 of cups upside down)

3. The lovers (upside down)

My whole deck is not upside down it is mixed randomly.
