Been TTC FOR A YEAR EXACTLY NOW.

Hey guys this is what I got today. ( it was flashing ) and the kit says it means high fertility. I've been taking prescription prenatal and vitex ( 2 times a day ) my bf and I had sex last two days ago. So should we have sex today tomorrow and the day after ? Glow says I ovulate tomorrow and today 27% chance .
