What does implantation feel like? How early can you get it and is it only felt on right/left side or all over?

Following. I’m 12 days late and just now I have a dull strange feeling in the center lower part of my uterus. Idk if my period is coming or if it’s maybe implantation 🤷🏻‍♀️ We’ve been trying for 6 months with no luck yet. 🤞🏻 🍀

I have read quite a bit about this and typically I read as early as 7 days but typically implantation bleeding is typically noted from 10-14 days hence why it can easily be confused for a period.
