Please help!

Google is no help to me, I need real mommies to speak up! I have AB- blood, for those who don't know, it's very rare. It also is harmful when ttc. My blood thinks I'm allergic to my baby and wants to attack. My question is, those who have AB- blood, did your first couple pregnancy tests come out negative? I've now missed 2 whole periods. I've taken two test, shown below , a week apart. I can't shake the feeling of knowing I'm pregnant, along with unexplainable symptoms.
